At Pwiic, we strive to ensure a safe and smooth experience for our users. The Pwiic protection fees provide multiple guarantees in case of any issues with a service.
π Secure Provision Holding
When you select a provider and pay the provision, your money is securely held on Pwiic.
β You have full control: the provision is only released to the provider when you confirm satisfaction. β The provider is assured that the payment is secured before starting the service.
π Refunds: In which cases?
π° Full refund of the provision (100%) if:
βοΈ The provider cancels the service before it starts.
βοΈ The provider does not show up on the scheduled day.
βοΈ The provider stops responding before the service starts.
βοΈ Poorly executed service: how does it work?
-
The requester must provide clear evidence (photos, videos, screenshots, etc.) to the provider.
-
The provider may decide to issue a partial or full refund or offer an alternative solution (work correction, additional service, price reduction, etc.).
-
If no agreement is reached, Pwiic acts as a mediator to find a fair solution.
β No refund possible if: β Payment was made directly to the provider (no protection, no intervention from Pwiic). β The provision has already been voluntarily released by the requester.
π‘οΈ AXA Insurance: Protection up to β¬1 million
Pwiic protection fees include AXA insurance, covering material and bodily damages up to β¬1 million in case of an incident.
β οΈ This insurance applies subject to the general conditions of AXA insurance.
β οΈ Conditions for Guarantee Application
πΉ The provision must be paid before the service starts to activate the guarantees. πΉ Payment must be made entirely through Pwiic to benefit from protection and insurance. πΉ Payments made directly to the provider are not covered, and Pwiic cannot intervene in case of issues.
π‘ Good to know: If you choose a premium provider, the Pwiic protection fees are β¬0!
